OUR INSTRUCTORS
Our Pilates Teacher Training Program is designated by the Private Training Institute Branch of British Columbia and is one of a kind! It is based on the Classical Pilates repertoire and infused with Franklin Method Conceptions. By the end of the program you will acquire a strong knowledge base of body mechanics, Pilates anatomy, basic natural functions of the body as well as a strong understanding of the Pilates Method on all pieces of equipment. Upon graduation of the program you will receive a Diploma and you will be fully qualified to teach the full level 5 Pilates repertoire and therefore be able to assist other trainees going through our program.

MOVEMENT EDUCATORS
Established in 2002 and then Incorporated in 2022, Pilates from The Center, Inc. (PFTC) offers a spacious, fully equipped 2000 sq. foot studio with Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Mat, and Barrel equipment, plus Yamuna Body Rolling and Franklin Method accessories. We are located in the heart of Lower Lonsdale in the Shipyard's District of North Vancouver, BC.
In addition to being a fully-functioning studio, PFTC is a School of Natural Movement offering a comprehensive Intermediate and Advanced Pilates Teacher Training Program. Each program offers an extensive overview of the Classical Pilates method from Level 1-5 on all apparatus, including workshops that offer a deeper understanding of human anatomy and functional movement.
The Instructors at Pilates from The Center teach the complete Classical Pilates repertoire across all pieces of equipment to support uniform muscular development so if you're interested in learning the method and being challenged both physically and mentally, this is where you'll want to be.
