HOW TO DOWNLOAD ZEN PLANNER
At PFTC, we use an online registration system called Zen Planner for Group Class scheduling. To create your own account, download the Zen Planner Member App on your mobile device.
The Zen Planner Member App is easy to download and free for all to use and is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Once the app has been dowloaded, you will need to enter a username (your email) and a password to create an account and login. You will use your login information to access the app and see the daily classes available at PFTC.
Once you have a username and password, you can jump right to app setup and user instructions. If you ever forget your password, please email us and we'll get you started with a password reset.
HOW TO PURCHASE GROUP CLASSES
Once you've created a Zen Planner account, click the "Sign Up Now" button below to choose the best Group Class membership package for you based on how many classes you want to attend per week. The rate per class is reflective of the package size you buy so the more you buy, the greater the discount.
Once you've purchased a group class package, you can use the Zen Planner App to begin scheduling yourself into classes and to manage your schedule. All available class times and open reservations are visible in the App.
HOW TO PURCHASE PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
Once you've created a Zen Planner Account, click the "Sign Up Now" button below to purchase Private Lesson and Semi-Private Lesson Packages, including our New Client First Assessment or New Client Intro Package.
Once you've selected and purchased a package, please e-mail Pilates from The Center to schedule your lessons with an available Instructor. In your email, please include your availability over the next two weeks so that we can coordinate the best possible lesson times for you.
