GROUP CLASSES

Please note 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session.  Please cancel your session online through our booking system or email us at pilatesfromthecenter@me.com.  Any missed session will be charged in full.  

Memberships are 8-weeks long.

3-month expiry on  all group class packages

Memberships are able to be put on "Hold" from 2-4 weeks periods, up to 3 times per year. 

If only 1 client shows up to class, the group class becomes a 1/2 Hour Private in replacement of the Hour Group Class.

PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS

6 month expiry on all packages.

All reservations must have a credit card on file in order to hold your spot. 

 

FAQ'S

IS PILATES LIKE YOGA?

We love yoga and its benefits; however, Pilates is very different in it's own unique way.   Pilates uses spring loaded specialized Pilates equipment and focused more on proper and functional movement instead of holding poses. Come to class to experience first hand the differences!

I'VE NEVER DONE PILATES, WHERE DO I START?

That's so exciting, there's so much to learn and explore! First-timers have the option of purchasing our "Intro Package" and receiving 4 Private Sessions at a discounted rate OR our "First Time Assessment".  Click on SIGN UP to purchase and schedule! 

HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR CLASSES?

Once you've done our Introductory Package OR our First Time Assessment and have the go ahead from one of our Instructors you're ready to start taking group classes.  Click on our SIGN UP button in our Main Menu and choose from a list of membership options available to you. Sign up with Zen Planner (our online registration system), download the App in the App Store (ZEN PLANNER) and schedule yourself in for some classes!! 

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I DO PILATES?

If you can attend class once a week you're already ahead of the game!! However, for the best results try 2-3 classes a week. Our 3x Week Membership, which is offered at discounted rate, allows for tons of variety and flexibility to your Pilates routine. Click "SIGN UP" to purchase this membership. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Breathable, yet, tighter workout wear, a water bottle (we have water for re-fill) and a great attitude.

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

55 minutes, with time left at the end for clean up.
