STUDIO POLICIES

Memberships and/or classes must be paid for in advance of your lesson. You can pay by credit card online or in person at the studio.

WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OF ANY LESSON. Please cancel your session through the Zen Planner app or email us at pilatesfromthecenter@me.com. A missed session without 24h notification will be charged in full.  

 

 GROUP CLASSES

  • Group classes include up to 5 reservations. If only 1 client is reserved for a group class, the studio reserves the right to either cancel the class or offer a 1/2 hr Private instead of a 1hr Group Class.

  • Group class memberships are 8-weeks long.

    • Memberships can be put on hold for 2-4 weeks, up to 3 times per year. 

  • Group class packages (5 or 10 pack) expire 6 months after purchase unless put on hold. 

    • A package can be put on hold for 2-4 weeks at a time. 

  • It is your responsibility to email the studio at pilatesfromthecenter@me.com if you need to put your Group Membership or Class Package on hold.

 

PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • All private and semi-private reservations must have a credit card on file in order to hold your spot. 

  • Private packages (5 or 10 pack) will expire within 6 months of purchase unless put on hold. 

    • A package can be put on hold for 2-4 weeks at a time. 

  • It is your responsibility to email the studio at pilatesfromthecenter@me.com if you need to put your Private Pack on hold.

 

STUDIO COMMUNICATION

  • Studio business hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p. If you email or call us outside of those hours, we will respond to you the next business day.

  • PFTC reserves the right to email you from time to time with special announcements or information pertaining to your membership. 

STUDIO MAINTENANCE & HYGIENE

  • Before and after classes, please keep conversation to a minimum and voices low to respect fellow clients and their lesson time. 

  • Please remove all street shoes at the front entrance area. Bare feet, socks, or indoor shoes are only allowed past the front entrance. 

  • Please keep all personal belongings tidy and tucked away in allocated areas.

  • Absolutely no food in the workout area unless medically required. All beverages should be in closed containers. 

  • Equipment must be used safely and quietly and always left clean and ready for the next person’s use. Keep all pillows, pads, rollers, bars, weights etc. on shelves and under or right next to the equipment. If you need help, any instructor will be happy to show you proper placement of the equipment.
