CLASSES

FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Designed to offer a deeper understanding of the fundamental skills required to successfully achieve body alignment. Focusing on 1-2 skills per class. First-timers to advanced clients welcome. 

POWER PILATES

Level IV-V Classical Pilates Class with a focus on keeping a fast and steady pace through the exercises. Recommended for advanced clients only.

RESTORATIVE PILATES

A slower take to the Pilates Method. Work deeply, slowly and with required modifications to reset and restore the body. This class may incorporate body rolling, Franklin Method techniques and stretching. 

CLASSICAL PILATES

Level I-IV Classical Pilates Class focusing on flow and proper movement. This class is not for first-time clients as it requires knowledge of the equipment and the fundamentals.
